What a Match! What a Party!
Atmosphere was electrifying in the MA Chidabaram stadium a.k.a Chepauk a.k.a MAC on the 3rd of April when Chennai Super Kings played host to Rajasthan Royals for a 4 PM match that turned out to be the biggest game of the IPL so far. Both teams playing for a semi final berth were seen sweating it out in the hot Chennai weather. The Chennai crowd are known for their cricketing acumen and their undying passion to support good cricket were screaming at top of their voices when Murali Vijay got going, but went completely silent as Rajasthan Royals almost chased down the score. It was completely unlikely first of Murali Vijay, who scored a quick fire 127 off 56 balls to take CSK to a massive score of 246 for 5, second of the Chennai Crowd who were seen only supporting the home team. Not many in the crowd even clapped for the valiant innings of Naman Ojha who almost took Rajasthan Royals home.
